Capstone Project Application (Student Module)
Capstone project is a Level 4 course for Honours Programme. It has to be completed in two semesters.
Students who have completed a total of 120 credit units (CUs) of program requirement and 10 credit units (CUs) of UCore are eligible to enroll in Capstone project (10 CUs).
Capstone projects are offered to the following Programmes by the School of Science and Technology:
	* BME499 - BSc Biomedical Engineering
	* EAS499 - B Eng Aerospace Systems
	* ENG499 - B Eng Electronics
	* MTD499 - BSc Multimedia Technology and Design
	* MTH499 - BSc Mathematics
	* ICT499 - BSc Information and Communication Technology
	* ICT499 - BSc Information Technology and Business (ERP)
Students who plan to take up Capstone project in Jan 2012 semester MUST enroll during Online Course Registration (eCR) period (from 11 Oct to 24 Oct).
After eCR period, TWO options are available for those who have enrolled for Capstone:
Option 1: Look for your potential supervisors and their research interests/areas through this pdf . You may contact with the supervisors on possible projects and decide on a project. If there is a positive outcome from the discussion, the supervisor will proceed to propose the discussed project via our Capstone Portal (IMPORTANT!!). The supervisor will then need to send an email to sst-capstone@unisim.edu.sg to inform us your name and the title of project which you are allocated to. Only by doing so, the project will be reserved for you before project titles released. Please note that the Option 1 will end on 30th Nov 2011. The School will send a confirmation email to you by mid-Jan 2012.
Option 2: For students who do not wish to look for supervisors personally, please note the following timeline:
	a) Capstone Project Titles release date 16th Jan 2012, Monday 12noon to 18th Jan 2012, Wednesday 11.59am
	b) Capstone Project selection date 18th Jan 2012, Wednesday 12noon to 20th Jan 2012, Friday 12noon
	However, do note that project selection is on a first-come-first-served basis.
All Capstone students are required to attend the Capstone Commencement Briefing on 4th Feb 2012 (Saturday), from 2pm to 4pm.
