We are currently only offering the Human Factors in Safety programme until further notice.
Do check out that programme on this site: HF in Safety microsite

This website is no longer active.
You are welcome to browse the site to find out more about Human Factors.

Human Factors is all about 'ren'. That's why I created this banner with the 'ren' featured in it. Actually, it's not my stroke of genius, really. I used to work for an organisation and my Director used the symbol to show what the whole organisation was all about. I liked it so much, and I have now adopted it.

People sometimes think human factors is the same as Human Resource Management. No, that's a separate discipline. Dont be confused. Think of it this way,

human factors is about knowing everything there is to know about human (the physical, thinking/cognitive and social aspects) and applying this knowledge to designing tools, gadgets, systems, workplaces, and environment to make them safer, more comfortable, easier and more fun.

Right, there you go, that's what HF is alllll about!! But yes, do find out more about HFS here.
