| OVERVIEW |

| Launched in July 2008, the programme is a pragmatic programme
that equips aspiring entrepreneurs jumpstart their dreams and
also enable SMEs management to develop and grow their
companies. With an intake in every January, TEN is the only
programme where the graduate will have an implementable
business plan that had been scrutinized by those who had boldly
taken the path least traveled and succeeded OR a SME Growth and
Development business plan that enables the business to strive
and thrive. |

| QUALIFICATION |

| |
|
| TEN offers both Executive Graduate Diploma and Executive
Master qualifications in 3 different tracks: |

|
| ENTREPRENEURSHIP |
|
| This track seeks to bring together individuals who have a
burning passion for entrepreneurship and create a community for
them to network and mutually jumpstart their ambitions. |
|
| |
|
| ENTERPRISE |
|
| This track is a practical track which equips SME
professionals and entrepreneurs with the necessary knowledge
base and resources to enable their organisations to develop
comparative advantage. It also allows SME professionals and
entrepreneurs to continue contributing to their organisation
and to apply what they learn in class today to help their
organisations tomorrow. |

| Bio-Technology
Enterprise (BioTEN) |
|
| This track is designed to equip engineers, technologists,
healthcare and life sciences professionals with business
knowledge, management insights and BioTech understanding to
lead, strategize and steer organizations within the global
healthcare and life sciences service environment. |

| |
|
| GRADUATION
REQUIREMENT |
|
| |
|
| To graduate with an Executive Master degree, participants
must complete the 6 common courses
offered by the Executive Graduate Diploma. Upon obtaining
satisfactorily results, they will continue to complete the
courses offered under the track of their choice. |
