| Abstract: | The project's objective is to design and build a combined work holder of one wire bonder machine to bond five different products instantaneously without any hardware changes. The bonder will load the bond programs automatically upon detection of different products on the pallet by using sensors. The pallet will index the specific work holder cavity for bonding. |
